What are your operating hours?

Our team is available 24/7, every day of the year. We are always ready to assist you.

How much notice do you need for a reservation?

We recommend booking at least a day in advance. However, thanks to our extensive fleet, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to six hours before your trip within a 30-mile range to avoid charges for SUVs and sedans. For special bookings, provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

How do I get a receipt?

If you haven’t received a receipt by email, call us or email with your reservation number. We will send your receipt promptly.

Why is the charged amount different from the quote?

Charges may vary due to service changes during your trip, such as extra stops or extended time. If unexpected, don’t hesitate to contact our accounting department to discuss your bill.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

For most airport pickups, meet your chauffeur at the Ground Transportation level. Upon landing, turn on your cell phone, and your chauffeur will contact you. Follow the signs to Ground Transportation, where your ride awaits.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights and update bookings with new arrival times. There is no need to call if your flight is delayed—just update us if your flight details change.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

Service dogs are always welcome. Other pets may join if pre-authorized and properly contained. Please check with our office beforehand.

How can I contact my chauffeur?

You will receive your chauffeur’s contact details via SMS 25 minutes before pickup. For privacy, these details are not shared earlier.

What training do your chauffeurs receive?

Our chauffeurs complete a Certification Program. This program includes six training modules and a final exam. This ensures they provide safe and exceptional service.

How do I change my booking?

Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Confirm the new details in writing to avoid misunderstandings.

Is there a charge for additional stops?

Yes, additional stops are subject to charges. The cost depends on the specifics of the stop.

What about waiting periods?

After a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic and 45 minutes for international flights, waiting time charges apply based on the hourly rate.

When do I get charged for my service?

Payment is required before the service begins. Your credit card on file will be charged before the vehicle is dispatched, with any additional charges billed during the ride.
